Finally found a separating zipper that actually matches the length I needed for a jacket project. The nylon coil glides smoothly and the #5 teeth feel sturdy enough for daily use.

The coil moves smoothly past the slider, and the open-end design made installing it into my duffel bag pretty straightforward. The 23 3/4'' length was spot on for that project, though I wish the pull tab felt a bit more substantial.

Replaced the old jacket zipper this afternoon and the one-way separating action is smooth right out of the package. At 60 cm it lined up perfectly with my sewing marks, and the #5 nylon coil glides without catching on the fabric.
