These survived a hot wash and dryer cycle without a single crack or loose thread, which is more than I can say for the cheap ones I used before. The 12 mm size is just right for my daughter's cardigan cuffs.

I've sewn these onto two shirts now and they survived the wash without a single crack or loose thread. The plastic feels solid, not that cheap brittle stuff that snaps when you tighten the thread.
