Fabric Description: This luxurious spandex velour combines the soft, rich texture of velvet with the flexibility of stretch. It has a smooth, plush pile on one side and a comfortable backing that provides excellent drape and recovery.

The addition of spandex gives it a gentle 2-way stretch, making it both elegant and practical for fitted or flowing designs alike.

Sewing Ideas: This fabric is ideal for sewing dancewear, figure skating costumes, fitted dresses, evening gowns, leggings, tops, or soft loungewear.
It also works beautifully for fashion accessories such as headbands, scarves, or gloves, and for creative projects like decorative pillows, plush toys, or stage costumes. 

Care instructions: Machine wash it in cold water on a gentle cycle using mild detergent. Avoid bleach, as it may damage the fibers and reduce the shine. Line drying is recommended, or you can tumble dry on a low heat setting. If ironing is necessary, use low heat and press on the reverse side or with a cloth to protect the pile. Dry cleaning is not recommended for fabrics containing spandex.
