Before first use, wipe the blade with a scrap piece of cloth to remove the protective oil coating and help prevent marking your project. Store unused blades carefully in their original packaging.

These LDH 60 mm Midnight Edition rotary blades are made for clean, efficient cutting when working with larger pieces and thicker materials. Made from carbon steel, they coordinate with the Midnight Edition tool collection and are designed for dependable cutting performance in sewing, quilting and studio use. These blades are made from the same metal and process used for the Midnight Edition fabric shears.

The 60 mm size is especially useful when cutting multiple layers and larger pattern pieces. These blades can cut through fabric, leather, fleece, vinyl, denim and other dense materials. Blade durability will vary depending on usage and cutting mat, with LDH’s shop testing reporting approximately 3 to 4 months of use per blade under intensive daily use.
