DMC Charles Craft Gold Standard Aida is a high-quality cross-stitch fabric woven from 100% cotton yarn. Its evenly spaced open-weave construction makes it easy to count stitches and create clean, consistent cross-stitch designs.
This substantial 14-count Aida cloth is up to 33% heavier than standard Aida, giving it additional body and stability. Its firmer construction allows many projects to be stitched without an embroidery hoop, depending on your preferred stitching technique.
The versatile white background provides excellent contrast for colourful embroidery floss and is suitable for traditional, modern and decorative cross-stitch projects.
What Does 14 Count Mean?
A 14-count Aida cloth contains 14 fabric squares per inch. When stitching over one square, this creates approximately 14 cross stitches per inch.
