I needed a heavy-duty zipper for a duffel bag repair, and the closed-end design worked perfectly since I don’t need it to separate. The #5 teeth slide smoothly even with thick fabric on both sides.

The molded plastic teeth feel sturdy and glide smoothly without snagging, which made replacing the zipper on my daughter’s backpack a breeze. I wish the pull tab had a slightly larger hole, but it works fine for the price.

The closed-end design is exactly what I needed for a duffel bag project, and the #5 teeth slide smoothly every time. Black molded plastic looks clean against the fabric, no snagging so far.
