The stretch is subtle but noticeable, so it curves nicely around dress hems without puckering. I've used it on two projects already and the 17cm width gives it real presence. Cut edges fray a bit, but that's lace for you.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well this 17cm lace ribbon held its shape when I used it as a trim on a bridal sash. The stretch gives just enough flexibility without distorting the delicate pattern.

The stretch is subtle at just 10%, but that's exactly what I needed for a snug fit around a curved hem. Ordered a 0.50 meter piece and the lace is soft against the skin, no itchy edges even after washing once.
