Elastico a Maglia - 31 mm - 1 1/4" - Made in Canada

The 60/40 poly-rubber blend gives it just the right amount of give without stretching out after a few washes. I grabbed half a meter for a waistband project and the 31mm width sits flat against the fabric, no twisting or curling at the edges.

This elastic held up perfectly when I used it for a heavy canvas tote bag — it didn't stretch out of shape even after sewing. The 31 mm width is exactly right for wide casings, and the knitted edge is much less likely to fray than braided elastic I’ve tried.
