I was pleasantly surprised by how well this thread holds up through multiple washes, perfect for the smocking project I had planned. The elastic is just stretchy enough without snapping, and 10 meters went further than I expected for gathering multiple seams.

The spool is small but mighty — I used it for smocking on a gathered dress and the stitches held their stretch through multiple washes. It wound onto my machine bobbin without tangling, which never happens with cheap elastic thread.

This elastic thread held up beautifully through multiple wash cycles on a gathered sleeve project. The 10 meter spool was enough to finish two blouses with some left over.
